The second house that we included on our list is a home with a useful area of 75 square meters, a red price of 16,000 euros and a key price of about 32,000 euros. Thus the House has an open space area comprising the kitchen, living room and the dining, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The red price for this construction starts from 21,000 euros, while the turnkey price reaches about 55,000 euros. Splitting is one practice for a family with a child, for example. Thus, the plan proposes two bedrooms, a desk and two bathrooms, to which they join the living spaces.
