In the following lines, we present three projects of modern houses, ideal for newlyweds, but also families with one or two children. Thus, we selected both houses on one level, as well as attic houses and a special design. Here are our proposals:

The first house has a built area of 125 square meters and a key price of about 56,000 euros. In terms of sharing, the ground floor is entirely dedicated to family spaces, with access to a terrace that extends under a wooden pergola. Upstairs, three bedrooms open outward through generous windows.

In terms of costs, the red price for this project is 15,000 euros. While the key price reaches about 35,000 euros.

The third and last house has a useful area of 120 square meters and a key price of about 57,000 euros. It is a house with a very elegant look, with large windows and a roof in four waters. The House proposes a practical division, with all bedrooms, four in number, in the attic, while only the living spaces are found on the ground floor. The house is an inspired choice for a large family with two or three children.
