At the end of the week, we have chosen to present three projects of houses with shutters. There are houses that combine the traditional style with modern elements, the result being a completely different one. But you don’t have to take our word for it. We invite you to discover the three projects of houses with shutters, in the following lines:

Traditional house plans

The first chosen model is a single-level house with a modern design decorated with wood and stone. It has a small covered terrace in the back, dressed very pleasantly in wood. Its useful surface is 125 square meters. It is equipped with 3 bedrooms, the matrimonial one separated from the two smaller ones, through the technical room where they enter and from the garage, a larger bathroom and a service. The kitchen is equipped with a pantry and open to the living room which has exit on the rear terrace.

The next project on our list has a very picturesque look and a useful area of 121 sqm, while the price of the turnkey construction is 58,000 euros. It has nice cuisine and dining place next door, leaving the rest of the living room for relaxation. The ground floor also has a service bath and storage space. There are three bedrooms and a large bathroom in the attic.

The third and last House is one with the ground floor, with a simple and beautiful architecture. The wood used at the joinery side is in tune with the color of the roof and in contrast to the masonry. In the back there is a small terrace covered with pergola from the same wood. The plan is divided by two between the night and the day. In the first there are three bedrooms, one matrimonial and two smaller, next to a bathroom, around a small hallway. The other side is the open kitchen to the living room, with the fireplace between them, technical space and a service bath. The house has a useful area of 103 square meters and a price of turnkey construction, without terraces, under 53,000 euros.
