We end the week with three traditional house projects, ideal for a young couple, but also for a family consisting of three or four members, for example.

The first model chosen by us is a house with garage, which features a built surface of 267 square meters, while the footprint is 211 square meters. In terms of splitting, on the ground floor are the living spaces, and in the attic, three bedrooms, a desk, a bathroom and a dryer. The price in red for this construction starts from 35,000 euros.

Traditional house plans

The second example is suitable for both urban and rural environments. It is the project of a charming dwelling, with beautiful details on the outside and generous spaces on the inside. It has an area of 221 square meters and a useful of 137 square meters. It enters a vestibule, continued with a wide hallway that imparts in two surfaces. On the terrace side is arranged the living room with dining table, and on the other side of the hallway there is the kitchen, a bathroom and a desk. There are four bedrooms and a bathroom in the attic.

The last house presented has a built area of 159 square meters and a usable area of 131 square meters. The price to red for this House is about 21,000 euros, while the turnkey price is slightly above 75,000 euros. The house has a very nice exterior design with roof tiles and wooden shutters. As for the division, it is suitable for a family with two children, having no less than three spacious bedrooms in the attic.
