The first chosen house has a built area of 157 square meters, the useful one being less than 110 square meters. On the ground floor, the living room is hosted by the embossed volume, the kitchen and the dining room are located separately, while in the attic the three bedrooms share a bathroom. The house is ideal for a family consisting of three or four members. Thus, this House model is perfect for both a family with one or two children, as well as for a young couple, at the beginning of the road, who want a welcoming and spacious home. The key price of this House is about 40,000 euros.

The second house we selected has a totally desosebited look, thanks to a beautiful combination of shapes and materials. With a useful area of only 107 sqm and one built by 128 sqm, the house is equipped with garage for two cars and has no less than five rooms. The kitchen is closed and includes a dining room. It is arranged in the right of the curved wall of the façade, next to another room, which can serve as a desk or guest room, for example. It follows the bathroom and a technical room that makes the transition from the garage to the house, and then is the living room with the exit on a small Necoperita terrace in the back. In the attic there is a matrimonial bedroom with private bathroom and two more bedrooms, with exit on the rear balcony. The two bedrooms have their own dressing room, but they share a bathroom in the hallway.

The last example is a house with a ground footprint of 119 square meters and a key price of about 52,000 euros. In terms of sharing, the plan proposes a closed kitchen with a dining place in the living room, while in the attic there are three spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. Thus, the House is suitable for a family with two children or for a couple who want a large house.
