In the following, we present three projects of small and affordable houses, suitable for a young couple or for a family with a child. Thus, we selected three houses with one or two bedrooms and prices starting from 27,000 euros.

The first example is a house that has a useful area of 83 square meters, the key price being 29,000 euro. It has two matrimonial bedrooms, a spacious living room, a vestibule, a bathroom, a kitchen and a pantry. Considering the size of the bedrooms, the house can be suitable even for a family with two children, for example, the small ones sharing a bedroom.

The second example is a house with a modern design and a ground footprint of 112 square meters. In terms of costs, the red price for this house is 21,000 euros, while the key price reaches about 45,000 euros. The house has a kitchen, a living room, a spacious dining room, a bedroom, two bathrooms, a shed and two terraces.

The last example is a construction of 83 square meters, while the ground footprint is 67 square meters. The house is a very affordable one, the red price is 13,000 euros, while the key price reaches about 27,000 euros. The construction plan proposes a bedroom, to which an office is added, but if necessary, this room can be transformed without any problem in a bedroom and thus, the House becomes suitable for a family with three or even four members. The two rooms add the kitchen, living room, bathroom and two terraces.
