In the next rows, we present three models of homes for young people at the beginning of the road. Thus, we selected three dwellings with modern finishes, with ground floor or attic. All the models chosen by us have three bedrooms and terrace, and are also suitable for a family with two children, for example. Read further to see our suggestions:

The first example is a house with a built surface of 217 square meters, of which the usable area is 170 square meters. The house has on the ground floor of the living spaces and a desk, and in the attic, three bedrooms, a dressing room and a bathroom. For this model, the price to red starts at 30,000 euros.

The second example we include on our list is a single-level house, which has a built area of 231 square meters, the usable area being 183 square meters. In the back, the house has a partially covered terrace, plus a garage with space for two cars. The project proposes three bedrooms, one of which is a matrimonial with a dressing room and its own terrace.

The third and last example is a house with attic, with terrace lying on no less than three sides, partly covered with pergola. It has a built area of 167 sqm and a usable 131 sqm. On the ground floor has on the one hand, the technical room, a bathroom and a room that can serve as a desk, with exit on the terrace, and on the other side, the lounge with kitchen open at the end and exits on the terrace on two sides. There are three bedrooms in the attic and another bathroom.
