In terms of sharing, the House has an integrated garage on the ground floor, with access to a corridor that flows into the open area and connected to the terrace behind the house. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two of them with access to a shared balcony, while the third opens onto a narrow terrace. The key price for this House is about 61,000 euros.

The next house presents a modern interpretation of the classic roof, whose extension in roof ensures the integration of an open parking space in the construction. The living room is completely glass, and the generous terrace is accessible from the day area through a wide opening. The night area consists of three bedrooms with generous balconies and two bathrooms.

Finally, we present a single-level house with an area of 105 square meters. It is a house with a simple, traditional design, with a roof in two waters, but which exudes a friendly air through its simplicity and generously glazed surfaces for a fairly narrow area. In the plan, half of space is reserved for the living spaces – kitchen, living room and dining room, with access to a small terrace partially covered in the back, while the other half is occupied by three bedrooms.
