The two story house plans are probably the choice we often meet in house construction and is based on the functional distribution of spaces – the ground floor houses socializing spaces reserved for the family, while the first floor is usually the sleeping area where we can also find a study or a bonus room. Today we’ll take a close look at some two story house plans with master on the first floor:

The first plans is a house which fits a narrow plot of land. It is a house featuring an attractive design which catches the eye thanks to the stone and brick insertions which seem to create separate volumes on the façade. The house has a total living area of 150 square meters, with the ground floor featuring an immense open space which includes the living, the dining and the kitchen, plus a study and a bathroom. A small patio accessible from the kitchen can turn into a peaceful place to have dinner on the cool summer evenings or coffee in the morning. Three bedrooms are on the first floor, with the master having its own bathroom and access to a spacious balcony which wraps it on two sides. The turnkey price is 66,150 Euros, according to the designers.

The second plan describes a complex design house, extremely attractive by the overlapping volumes and roofs. The façade catches the eye with the various size and shape windows which open up the interior to the surrounding nature outside and the decorative stone which creates beautiful contrasts. The house has a total living area of 275 square meters and boasts exterior spaces, both on the ground floor and the first floor, where you can find the best respite retreat. One of the terraces on the ground floor extends under a roof where you can park the cars. Two of the bedrooms lie on the ground floor, while the master on the first floor enjoys access to a patio where you can admire the surroundings.

The third plan shows a house with a somewhat similar design as the previous one, but smaller, spreading on a total living area of 202 square meters. The façade is dominated by the same decorative stone insertions which personalizes the house and the main entryway and a covered terrace which extends sideways. On the first floor, the master bedroom lies in a protruding volume. A technical room can also be found in the basement.
