Three bedroom house plans
In the following, we present some examples of homes for families consisting of 4 members. Thus, we selected three projects of three-bedroom houses, ideal for a family with two children, but not only.

The first example is a modern house with a useful area of 125 sqm and a construction price of about 55,000 euros. On the ground floor there are no less than four entrances: the main one, sideways, back, one through the technical room, one directly in the living room and one in the bedroom. The bedroom, bathroom and technical room where a laundry can be arranged are separated by a small hall of living room and kitchen, located closest to the main entrance, provided with the vestibule.

The second project is represented by a house with ground floor and attic. The house has a modern look, the project is suitable for both urban and rural environments. The built surface is 195 square meters, while the ground footprint is 144 square meters. In terms of sharing, the house has three bedrooms in the attic and an office on the ground floor, room which can be transformed into the bedroom or guest room, if necessary.

The third and final model is a modern one with a clean and bright look. The white masonry is decorated with wooden inserts, and the front, side and rear balconies are surrounded by glass fencing. In the back and side are built some columns to mark the entrance to the terrace provided on the corner. The useful area of the house is 178 sqm, and the price of the turnkey construction, almost 80,000 euros. On the ground floor, on the entire width, there is the living room with dining space and two exits on the terrace, and next to the open kitchen. There is also an office, a bathroom and a large technical room. In the attic are the three bedrooms with two bathrooms, one included in the matrimonial and the other, very spacious, for the other two. Every bedroom is a balcony.
