In the ranks below, we present three projects of small but very beautiful houses. Thus, although the dwellings below lie on a restricted surface, they successfully meet the needs of a family with one or two children. Here are our suggestions:

The first selected model has an austere design, but as elegant as can be. The rear has an exterior fireplace with visible chimney, beautifully mapped, between the exits through glazed doors on the rear terrace and on the balcony. It has an area of 108 square meters and can be built to the key for under 48,000 euros. On the ground floor has a pretty spacious kitchen, a service bath, technical room and living room with fireplace and exit on the rear terrace. In the attic are the bedrooms, two of which have exit on the long rear balcony and a bathroom.

The second project is a house with attic and a useful area of 117 square meters. The house has a traditional architecture, marked by beautiful contrasts and surfaces and details of wood that print it a friendly character. Upstairs, a skylight sits next to a modern attic window and a chimney, a full association of character. On the ground floor, the living spaces come together, with outdoor access on a terrace, the kitchen being partially closed, the space being complemented by a bathroom and a technical room. Upstairs there are three bedrooms sharing a bathroom, one of which has access to a balcony. The estimated price of this House is nearly 47,000 euros.

The last project has a useful area of 94 square meters and a design that harmoniously combines traditional elements with modern elements. The finishing is limited to decorative plaster, wood and ceramic plywood, in warm shades, which together compose an elegant image. Despite the small size, the house is comfortable and ergonomic. On the ground floor there is the living area consisting of livingroom and kitchen, as a common space. The large terrace, as well as the garage, a sanitary group and other technical and storage spaces are added to these. In the attic there are three bedrooms and a generous bathroom.
