The first model is a house with a usable area of almost 105 square meters. It is a flat roof house and a modern design, with facades of one side and the other, customized inserts of stone and wood, open outward through the windows and lavish sliding doors. The space is divided practically between the living rooms, the room and the kitchen, located on one side of the house, and three bedrooms located in the other half. All rooms are connected to the exterior, and a beautiful terrace in the back is the perfect seating space. The estimated price is a little over 53,000 euros.

The following example is represented by a house that has a built area of 214 square meters and a useful of 171 square meters. In terms of costs, the price to red is 29,000 euros, while the turnkey price reaches 75,000 euros. The House proposes a practical division, three bedrooms being on one side, while the living spaces lie on the opposite side.

The third and last house we have included on our list is a place with a usable area of 75 square meters, a price to red of 16,000 euros and a turnkey price of about 32,000 euros. Thus the House has an open space area comprising the kitchen, living room and the dinner, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
