The first selected house has an area of 147 square meters and a useful of 121 square meters. As far as costs are concerned, the turnkey price reaches approximately 67,000 euros. On the ground floor there is a large and open space comprising both the living room and the dinner, a kitchen and a bathroom, while in the attic there are 3 spacious bedrooms, which share a bathroom.

The second house is one with a built surface of 287 square meters and a useful of 229 square meters. In terms of costs, the price to red is 37,000 euros, while the turnkey price is 97,000 euros. The division is a practical one: on the ground floor there are the living spaces, a bedroom and a bathroom. Then the attic is located three bedrooms and a bathroom

The third and last example is a house with a usable area of 129 square meters and a turnkey construction price of almost 57,000 euros. As for the division, immediately after the entrance there is the bathroom and the bedroom on the ground floor, and in the back there is a large room comprising the kitchen, dining area and the living room. Upstairs there are three other bedrooms, one with the exit on the small front balcony, a large bathroom and a dressing room. In the back is proposed a terrace with wooden pergola.
