The house has a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a desk, 2 bedrooms and a toilet, making it ideal for a family with one or even two children. Regarding the cost of construction, the price to red for this House is 23,000 euros, while the turnkey price is about 51,000 euros.

The second house is a dwelling with a usable area of 71 square meters, a price to red of 15,000 euros and a turnkey price of about 31,000 euros. Thus the House has an open space area comprising the kitchen, living room and the dinner, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The third and last house has a built surface of 80 square meters and a usable area of 67 square meters. In terms of costs, the price to red is 13,000 euros, while the turnkey price reaches about 31,000 euros. The construction plan proposes a bedroom, to which an office is added, but in need, this room can be transformed without any problem in a bedroom and thus, the House becomes suitable for a family with three or even four members. The two rooms are added to the kitchen, living room, bathroom and two terraces.
