Modular Wood Homes – Dynamic Living
Modular houses appeared amid the growing need for mobility of people and represents a new trend in building a construction combining multiple aesthetic, economic, environmental and energy efficiency advantages. At the same time, the fact that all the structural elements are interchangeable enables owners to customize their home and accommodate it based on their needs, but especially the budget. Here are some plans of modular wood homes.
We chose several models of cheap modular homes. The first is a modular wooden house with an area of 96.3 square meters, along another 40.3 square meters covering the outside terraces. This single floor home has two bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, two bathrooms and a porch. With a compact attractive design, this modular house is the perfect combination between the need for space and a low budget. This modern looking house sells for about 42,000 Euros with all the finishes included.
The second example is a small house, on a single level and a living area of 64 square meters. It’s a house displaying a simple design, which stands out thanks to a personalized façade which packs a fine woodwork veranda which expands into a side terrace. The small space inside is practically arranged, with a spacious living opening onto the outdoor space we mentioned, and two bedrooms. The house sells for a standard price of 21,000 Euros.
The last two plans come from the same builder. The first example is a single level house spreading on only 36 square meters, ideal for a couple just starting out in their family life. The house is structured into a living, dining and kitchen in one single open space, a bathroom and a bedroom. The shell structure sells for about 10,000 Euros with additional finishes requiring extra 8,000 Euros + VAT.
If you look for something more spacious, the second example comes with a total living area of 60 square meters. It comes with two bedrooms and two bathrooms in it, alongside the same open living space. The shell house costs about 15,600 Euros, while finishing works will take about 14,000 Euros + VAT.
