We present three projects of wooden houses, which harmoniously combines traditional and modern style. Here are our suggestions:

The first house is one with a built surface of 139 square meters and a footprint on the ground of 117 square meters. Thus, the price in the semi-finished stage is about 21,000 euros, while the turnkey price reaches about 63,000 euros. The division is suitable for a family with one or two children: on the ground floor are found living spaces and a bedroom, which can be transformed into office in need, while at the attic there are two other bedrooms that share a bath.

The next house that we chose has a usable area of 149 square meters, offering an indestulatory space for a family of four members. The wooden finishes are easily spotted from the entrance, in the back being a gorgeous pergola of the same material that covers a terrace. The interior space is generous, including the United living spaces and with access to the terrace, two bathrooms and three bedrooms located in the opposite corner, for more silence. The turnkey price of this House is almost 61,000 euros.

The last example is a house on two levels, with a usable area of 159 square meters. As for the division, on the ground floor, besides the living spaces, there is also a bedroom. In the attic there are three more bedrooms and a bathroom, the house being suitable for a family with two or three children. The turnkey price for this house is 53,000 euros.
