Other cool season type grasses are Agrostis Palustris, Ryegrass, Red Fescue, while the typical transition zone grasses are Zoysia Japonica, the perennial ryegrass, the tall fescue. These types of grasses are conceived to do well in areas exposed to sunlight and shadow alike, especially in areas under trees where the shadow moves over the day.
