3 delicious and easy to make vegan desserts

If you are vegan that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy some absolutely delicious desserts. So, if you want to spoil yourself with a dessert, but you don’t still want to eat plant based, read on and discover our recipes of vegan desserts.

Vegan desserts. Truffle with peanut butter

Ingredients:
  • 70 g dehydrated curbs without seeds
  • 60 g peanut butter
  • 1 medium sized banana
  • 30 g oatmeal (can also be a mixture of musli with grain sprouting)
  • 10 g honey/rice syrup/maple syrup
  • 20 ml coconut milk
  • cinnamon powder 
  • 20 g coconut for topping

All ingredients have to be put put in a bowl and mix with vertical mixer, until it is obtained a consistency, easily modeled paste. We put it in the refrigider for 30 minutes and then take a teaspoon of the composition and shape the composition between the palms, until you get the desired shape. At the end, rollthem through the coconut or the finely chopped walnut (whatever you prefer). Simple and good!

 

Vegan desserts. Chocolate cake with walnut and rum

Ingredients:
For countertop:
(24-26 cm)
  • 500 g flour
  • 40 g cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 350 g sugar
  • 500 ml mineral water
  • 150 ml sunflower oil
  • 1 tablespoon of rum essence
For the cream:
  • 150 g black chocolate – min. 50% cocoa
  • 100 g chocolate – minimum 70% cocoa
  • 2  vanilla sugar saches
  • 50 g coconut butter
  • 250 ml vegetable cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 150 g walnuts 
  • 1 tablespoon of rum essence
For the syrup:
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon rum
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
For decoration:
  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon oil

For starters, we prepare the countertop. We gradually incorporate the liquids into the mixture of flour with sugar, cocoa and baking powder, stirring each time until homogenization. Pour the dough in shape with removable walls upholstered with baking paper and bake the countertop in the oven preheated at 180 °c until the toothpick test passes (60-70 min). We remove the baked countertop and let it cool on a grill, then we slice it to get 3 countertops.

 

We prepare the water syrup with sugar and adding the essence of rum after we take off the fire.  Add the essence of rum and finely chopped walnuts and stir. We mix liquid whipped cream with powdered sugar until hardened, but not very hard (not to become like butter) and incorporate it into melted chocolate mixed with walnut. We assemble the cake while keeping a little cream and for the upper part. To achieve the black chocolate melt décor, mix it with 2 tablespoons almond milk and 1 tablespoon oil, then dress the cake with it. We finish the décor with some finely chopped walnut.

 

Vegan desserts. Muffins with oatmeal and coffee

Ingredients:
For topping:
  • 30 g coconut butter
  • 50 g oatmeal
  • 70 g flour
  • 60 g sugar or sweetener
For the muffins:
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • 30g sugar or sweetener
  • 120 ml maple syrup
  • 120 ml oil
  • 200 g coconut cream
  • 70 ml oat drink with coffee

The first step is to stir in a bowl all the ingredients for topping. Then, in another bowl, stir the oil, maple syrup and coconut cream, then add flour mixed with baking powder, cinnamon and sugar (or sweetener). We put the dough in the form of muffins upholstered with special papers, sprinkle the crumbs with oatmeal and bake the muffins with oatmeal and coffee for 25 minutes in the oven preheated at 180 °c. Let them cool off on a barbecue. Sprinkle cinnamon and sweetener over them (or powdered sugar and cinnamon) and enjoy them with your loved ones.
