For starters, we prepare the countertop. We gradually incorporate the liquids into the mixture of flour with sugar, cocoa and baking powder, stirring each time until homogenization. Pour the dough in shape with removable walls upholstered with baking paper and bake the countertop in the oven preheated at 180 °c until the toothpick test passes (60-70 min). We remove the baked countertop and let it cool on a grill, then we slice it to get 3 countertops.

We prepare the water syrup with sugar and adding the essence of rum after we take off the fire.  Add the essence of rum and finely chopped walnuts and stir. We mix liquid whipped cream with powdered sugar until hardened, but not very hard (not to become like butter) and incorporate it into melted chocolate mixed with walnut. We assemble the cake while keeping a little cream and for the upper part. To achieve the black chocolate melt décor, mix it with 2 tablespoons almond milk and 1 tablespoon oil, then dress the cake with it. We finish the décor with some finely chopped walnut.
