Young Couple Modern Homes – Open Spaces
Through their dynamic and exciting lines that radiate energy, residential homes for youth are simple, but featuring a design that is perfectly tailored to answer the tastes and needs of lodgers. First, they are open to the outside, a constant feature of these types of homes, either through sliding doors or large glazed surfaces. We will take a look at three such young couple modern homes, going for structures on a single level, but quite spacious.
The first example is a house sitting on a living area of 115 square meters. It is a house featuring a compact design, consisting of two distinctly shaped volumes that house different types of rooms, with decorative brick covered facades that create interesting contrasts. Large windows, many of them in a vertical form, also draw the outline of this modern building. The living spaces are all packed in the small body of the building, opening on a spacious outdoor terrace. The other larger body hosts 3 bedrooms, so the house is fit to also accommodate future plans of a young family. The price of this house stands at almost 55,000 euros.
The second example is a small house with a living area of 97 square meters. As the architects describe it, this single level house includes elements that make an ideal combination of traditionalism, modernism and efficiency alike. Although small, vertical windows appear to push the space up, giving the home a modern, open silhouette. The house is perfectly suited to meet the needs of young families just starting out, most of the space being devoted to living rooms, with expansion outdoors. One bedroom is discreetly placed in a corner, with its own bathroom, closing this layout. The price of this house varies between 41,650 and 59,500 euros, depending on the quality of finishes.
Finally, the third plan comes in the same youthful design that combines classical elements with modern lines. With a gable roof, the house opens to the outside through the same fine looking large glass areas, some located right on the corner for a stronger visual effect. With a total living area of 98 square meters, the house manages to perfectly integrate spaces of different use. Thus, besides the living room, dining room and kitchen, all coming in an open plan with access to the covered terrace, 3 bedrooms also found their way in this layout. In the semi-finished stage, its price varies between 26,040 and 31,200 Euros.
