In terms of sharing, the House has an open space area that comprises kitchen, living room and dining, as well as a bathroom on the ground floor. They add a garage and a Teresa. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, a dressing room and a bathroom. The price to red for this House is 31,000 euros, while the key price is 60,000 euros.

The second example is a house project characterized by distinction and elegance, generated by the subtle game of volumes, the attention given to details and the contrasting alternation of colors. I particularly attract the upstairs balconies, which happily complement the functions of the night zone. Thus, the House has the living spaces, on the ground floor and three bedrooms, each with its own terrace, upstairs.

The last example is a house with a garage for two cars and a useful area of 227 square meters, with a superior aesthetic thanks to the combinations of different materials on the façade, interlocked volumes and large windows. On the ground floor we identify an open-minded living space, which comprises the room, dining room and kitchen, with access to a terrace that heat the house on two sides. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, the one matrimonal open outward through a glass wall, along with a room with the role of the relaxation chamber. The key price of this House is 105,000 euros.
