At the end of the week, we present three projects of houses with floor, modern looking and practical division. Here are our choices:

The first example is a house with built surface of 205 square meters, while the usable area is 159 square meters. The price for this is 35,000 euros, price at red and 87,000 euros, turnkey price. In terms of the Division, the House has a living room, a dining area, a kitchen, a desk and a bathroom, on the ground floor, and upstairs, 3 bedrooms, a wardrobe and a bathroom.

The second chosen example is a house with a built surface of 187 square meters, of which the usable area is 145 square meters. The price to red for this House is 29,000 euros, while the turnkey price is 61,000 euros. As for the division, the House has ground floor of an open space area comprising the kitchen, living room and the dination, as well as a bathroom. They add a garage and a Teresa. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, a dressing room and a bathroom.

The third and last example selected by US is a house with built surface of 185 square meters, of which the usable area is 157 square meters. Regarding costs, the price to red is about 27,000, while the turnkey price reaches 95,000. The plan below proposes a practical division, as follows: On the ground floor, a generous space comprises the living room, dining area and kitchen. Also on the ground floor there is a spacious entrance hall and a service toilet. Upstairs, three bedrooms share a bath.
