We’re back to approach a topic which we will probably turn our attention to in the future as well since homes with lofts are the predominant choice people make when looking for practical living spaces fitting an affordable budget. This time we will take a closer look at the small modern houses with loft, a tasteful combination in which the contemporary design comes to bring extra personality to these homes, completing their elegance and turning the small space into a mere optical illusion.

The first plan describes a modern house sitting on 100 square meters. The home relies on an architectural solution which blends the traditional volume featuring a classic gabled roof with modern design packing large glazed spaces and a vertical façade which gives the whole structure an imposing look. On the main floor, the space is entirely dedicated to daytime activities, with a living, a dining and a kitchen all coming together and opening to a patio outside. Two bedrooms lie upstairs, one of them enjoying access to a balcony which overlaps the living room’s protruding extension on the ground floor.

The second plan shows a modern house whose architecture features modern sharp lines blurred by generous glazings in a captivating dynamic play. With a similar living area, 100 square meters, the house catches the eye thanks to its bold design, in which the roof descends on one side close to the ground while still making way for a large glass section which opens the living beneath to the sky above. At the back, the dining has direct access to a spacious patio behind the house while a small door connects the living to a small garden on the side of the house. On the first floor, a first version of the plan features a single bedroom with the rest of the space opening to the living below while a second variant packs two bedrooms. The house sells for an estimated price of 44,000 Euros.

Finally, the third plan presents a house lying on a similar living area. It is a small house, featuring a compact design, but bursting with energy, in which different surfaces, both in terms of construction materials and chromatic scheme, give way to an overall dynamic image. The ground floor is an open space packing the living, the dining and a kitchen, while the loft is home to three bedrooms. The price is assessed to be around 51,500 Euros.
