The first house chosen by us has a built surface of 139 square meters, while the usable area is 113 square meters. As for the division, the House has two bathrooms, three bedrooms, a kitchen and a spacious living room with a fireplace. The price in the semi-finished stage is about 23,000 euros, while the turnkey price reaches about 60,000 euros.

The second house has a usable area of 107 sqm and one built of 125 sqm. It has easy entrance in depth, and from the vestibule it passes into a hallway where you can enter either the living room or the side hallway that gives more privacy to the bedrooms, with the bathroom and the technical room between them, separating them from the living spaces. In the front end of the living room there is the kitchen equipped with the pantry, then the dining place, and at the opposite end, an exit on the partially covered terrace from the back.

The last house has a built surface of 125 square meters and a footprint of 103 square meters. The price for the house below reaches about 57,000 euros, turnkey price. The division is a convenient one with an open space comprising the living room, the dining and the kitchen and three bedrooms located on the opposite side, for more quiet.
