Mayonnaise without egg. Soy Milk recipe

You need 200 ml oil, 100 ml soy milk, three tablespoons lemon juice and salt and pepper, to taste. Put all the ingredients in blender and mix. Voila, the mayonnaise is ready! If you want, you can add garlic or chilli, whatever you prefer.

Mayonnaise without egg. Potato recipe

For this one you need 2 potatoes, 100 grams of sweet mustard, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, a tablespoon of coconut butter and a tablespoon of olive oil. The first step is to clean the potatoes, cut them in cubes and boil them in salted water. After they have cooled, put them in blender and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well until you achieve the desired consistency.

 

Mayonnaise without egg. Recipe with avocado

For this one you need an avocado, 100 ml of cold water, a tablespoon of mustard, two tablespoons of lemon juice, salt, to taste, a white pepper powder and 200 ml of olive oil.
Cut the avocado in half and pull out the core with a spoon. Put the avocado core, mustard, lemon juice and salt in blender, add water and stir until you get a soft cream. Fill with oil and mix for another 20-30 seconds. Set it with a white pepper powder and enjoy a healthy mayonnaise.
