Houses With Stone Veneer – Natural Textures
We have repeatedly said that stone brings interesting accents to a home facade, giving a house some traditional rustic look, full of charm. At the same time, stone imparts a rigorous air, balancing the soothing lines of wood in a final perfect and harmonious combination. Today we will take a close look at some houses with stone veneer, a design in captivating textures which propagate energy.
The first example comes in an exquisite design, personalized by the play of shapes on the stone clad facade. It is a house sitting on two floors with an area of 151 square meters. Spacious interiors are practically divided into two areas: the ground floor is home to living spaces with a living room on one side, almost doubled in size by the outside terrace, and a dining room and a kitchen that come together. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two of them with access to a balcony and open to the outside through windows in original shapes. The estimated price for this home is 62,650 Euros.
The second plan brings us a home featuring a simple, yet dynamic architecture, with facades of stone and brick insertions that blend harmoniously with the woodwork. This nice two story house, featuring a ground floor and an attic, covers a total living area of 123 square meters. Downstairs half the space is taken by the living room, kitchen and dining room extended outside onto a small terrace, with the beautiful outline of a bow window on the side, while a bedroom lies in a discreet corner. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two of them sharing access on the balcony opening above the bay window. This house sells for about 56,000 Euros.
Finally, the last example is an American rustic style cottage, where wood and stone again blend harmoniously for a beautiful exterior. It is a house on two floors and a living area of 194 square meters. The plan of the house presents itself as a real puzzle, with many pieces that mold to different spaces and uses as you can see in the pictures attached. The ground floor includes most living spaces with three bedrooms located on the sides of the layout, while the attic hosts a room dedicated to recreation activities.
