House Plans Under 160 Square Meters
Beyond the design of a house, the available space is another criterion people look at when putting down plans of a home or considering buying one. And since space is never enough, we will today look at some somewhat more generous house plans that can fit the needs of a classic family. So here are three house plans under 160 square meters.
The first example brings us a house featuring a fine architecture, with the whole attention falling on the two story high bay window. The ceramic tile roof creates fine contrast with the rest of the façade, giving the whole place a different look. The ground floor packs a single open living space which spills outside into a 33 square meter patio. Two bedrooms sharing a bathroom lie upstairs, each connected to separate balconies. This house sells for 46,200 Euros.
The second plan describes a house spreading on a total living area of 130 square meters, featuring the same play of volumes which is best revealed in the layout. Generous glazed areas, coming in different shapes and sizes, connect the interiors to the surrounding nature outside. Downstairs, the living connects to the back patio, the kitchen and the dining coming in separate spaces. A bathroom and a study complete the main level, while upstairs lie three bedrooms, each with exterior access, and two bathrooms. The turnkey price ranges from about 54,000 to 74,000 Euros, depending on the finishes.
The third plan brings a house lying on 122 square meters and an eye-catching design which revolves around decorative bricks, in a perfect chromatic display which also includes the roof. Despite the relatively small size, the house features four bedrooms, one of them downstairs, meeting the necessary needs of a large family. The price of the house in a semi-finished state is almost 40,000 Euros.
