A typical small family doesn’t need more than two bedrooms and those can perfectly fit in less than 1,000 square feet. A house within this area will be easy maintenance, filling all comfortable living requirements. Here are three house plans under 1,000 sq. ft. with 2 bedrooms.

The first house, with a very simple, clean design, has a total area of 936 sq. ft. and a living one of 753 sq. ft. It can be built turnkey for under 30,500 euros.

 

There’s a small open kitchen, with the dining place by its side, open towards the cosy living room with fireplace. On the other half of this plan, a small hallway leads to the bathroom and the two bedrooms.

The second house has a more traditional design, with nice woodwork all over it and a lovely covered porch in the back. Its total area is 893 sq. ft. while its living area is only 721 sq. ft.

 

 

The twin bedrooms are set right after the entrance, on one side of a hallway and the other. The hallway leads to the living room and the dine-in kitchen by its side, passing the bathroom first. At the other end of this plan is of course the exit to the rear porch.

The modern, very elegant design of the third house, with its screens all over, is very appealing. It provides a living area of 904 sq. ft. on a total area of 1,065 sq. ft.

One is the master bedroom, with its own bathroom, by the dressing, and then there’s a smaller bedroom with a bathroom on the hallway. On the other half, there’s a spacious open living space comprising the living room and dine-in kitchen.
