Two-bedroom house plans

The first project is a house with a built area of 98 square meters. It is a house with a traditional architecture, with the roof in four waters, customized by modern elements, such as vertical glazing and decorative elements with bricks, in one of the suggestions of presentation. The interiors are well-delimited, divided into the living area, an open space with livingroom, dining room and kitchen, with outdoor access, on the terrace, and the resting sector represented by the two bedrooms, separated in the middle of rooms such as the bathroom or the closet. The price of this House in the Semifinisat stage is about 36,000 euros.

The second project describes a single-level house and a useful area of 85 square meters. It is a traditionally designed house with an embossed porch, supported by beautiful stone columns, which capture the full attention. The relatively small space is complemented by a generous exterior terrace of almost 30 square meters, accessible directly from the living room, open to nature outside through windows and sliding doors. In the plan, the living room is complemented by a kitchen which enters the dining room, a bathroom and two bedrooms.

The last project chosen is a house with contemporary design, which offers a larger area – 112 sqm – with a terrace covered around it, on closed allotments with elegant wooden sliding gratings, the entire area built by 132 sqm. There are vestibules at the front and rear entrances and a central hallway perpendicular to the living room at one end and to the bedrooms on the other end, having the bathroom and the technical room on one side and the other. The living room, with dining space, can be closed with sliding doors, as well as the spacious kitchen at the end of it. Of these, but also from the two bedrooms there are exits on the surrounding terrace.
