In the following, we present three projects of modern houses, with a special appearance, but which are practical and comfortable at the same time. Thus, we selected three projects of three or four bedroom houses, ideal for a family with two children, for example, but not only.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The first house we selected has a totally desosebited look, thanks to a beautiful combination of shapes and materials. With a useful area of only 103 sqm, and one built by 121 sqm, the house is equipped with garage for two cars and has no less than 5 rooms.\u00a0The kitchen is closed and includes a dining room. It is arranged in the right of the curved wall of the fa\u00e7ade, next to another room, which can serve as a desk or guest room, for example. It follows the bathroom and a technical room that makes the transition from the garage to the house, and then is the living room with the exit on a small Necoperita terrace in the back.\u00a0In the attic there is a matrimonial bedroom with private bathroom and two more bedrooms, with exit on the rear balcony. The two bedrooms have their own dressing room, but they share a bathroom in the hallway.<\/p>\n

The second example is represented by a house with a built area of 210 square meters and a ground footprint of 170 square meters. In terms of sharing, the house has the ground floor of the living spaces and a desk, and in the attic, 3 bedrooms, a dressing room and a bathroom. Thus, the model in the images below is suitable for a family with two children, but also for a young couple who want a spacious and welcoming home. In terms of costs, for this model, the red price starts at 29,000 euros.<\/p>\n

The latest model of the house has a very attractive modern design, with multiple solar panels on the roof, but also beautifully decorated portions of natural materials \u2013 wood and stone. The useful area is 122 sqm, and the construction price is about 58,000 euros.\u00a0The house has 4 bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor, back, after the double garage, continued with a shed and a bathroom. Next to the other side of a hallway are the kitchen, with entrance to the technical room, and the living room, open to the rear and side terrace.\u00a0In the attic are the other two bedrooms, equipped with dressing in the wall, and a bathroom.<\/p>\n
