The architecture of this dwelling is based on the main volume of the house, traditional type \u2013 with roof in roof. The finishes used, the rectangular volumes that pierce the main structure, the large glazing are formed together in a modern, innovative design. The ground floor plan consists of living room, kitchen and dining, a bedroom, a bathroom and a garage. There are three other bedrooms defined in the attic and a bathroom. The second project is a small house, but with a compact, full of energy design, in which different surfaces, both chromatic, and from the perspective of the construction materials used, give rise to a dynamic overall image. The ground floor is an open space where we find the living room, the living room and the kitchen, while upstairs, three bedrooms share a bathroom. The price of the house in the picture is estimated at 51,450 euros.<\/div>\n

The third model has a special elegance, thanks to the game of volumes, brick inserts and light wood, besides the large glazed surfaces and the two imprejmuite balconies with glass. It has small terraces covered and in front, and in the back a useful area of 184 sqm and a division also very convenient. A first bedroom is located on the ground floor, which is as practical as possible for an older person who lives there, to serve as a guest room or for other situations. In its immediate vicinity is the bathroom, and next to it the technical room with the entrance of the garage. On the other side there is the kitchen and living room, with the dining place seated all in the wall right outside, surrounded by windows. The attic is the matrimonial bedroom with its own bathroom and dressing room, and two smaller bedrooms with a bathroom. All bedrooms have exit on the balcony.
