Cut the meat in 0.8 inch slices. Mix the herbs and spices and spice up each slice. Add the garlic and olive oil and leave it in the refrigerator for a few hours.<\/p>\n

Heat up the grill and cook the meat untill it’s well roasted.<\/p>\n

Cut the meat in thin slices. Squash the garlic, mix it with olive oil, lemon juice and pepper. Pour this mixture on your meat slices and let them sit in it for 2 – 3 hours.<\/p>\n
