Turning a garage into a modern home is not a process where only money counts. Such original houses tell the story of a vision and courage to go beyond the conventional barriers, to do what others do not dare because of prejudices. We have so far presented such stories a couple of times, but today we come back with new garages converted into homes.<\/p>\n
The first example comes from the French city of Bordeaux, where a garage has become the home of a photographer always on the move, but who wanted a home that does not mess up his personal budget. He found a garage for sale close to the city center and then hired an architectural studio to turn the old structure of 41 square meters into a house in its own right. The house is clad in pine timber, while a sliding wood shutter plays the entrance door, blocking all access from the street to the tiny home. The new house has it all – kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom (hidden in the wooden structure in the picture below) and a mezzanine bedroom.<\/p>\n
