Towers and turrets, porches and bays and embellished with gingerbread, shingles, imposing gables and fanciful windows \u2013 the Victorian style abounds in architectural features which make it easily distinguishable. The first plan shows a two story house spreading on 226 square meters, featuring a design rich in decorative elements, but also practical, drawn to facilitate family interaction. On the main level, the space is mostly reserved for daytime activities, with the living spilling into the kitchen and other traditional use rooms and connected to a dining which opens onto a porch. On the first floor, four bedrooms complete the rest and intimacy space, with the master bedroom featuring the Victorian style privilege of having its own large bathroom and dressing.<\/p>\n
