The house has a living, a study and a bathroom on the ground floor and a bathroom and two bedrooms on the first floor. The house is selling for 43,300 Euros.

The third house features an unusual design, but which makes heads turn. The attic house spreads on 125 square meters of which 15 square meters represent a covered patio. The house is structured in nine rooms, three of them dedicated to living spaces – the family room and two bedrooms, while the others are bathrooms, a kitchen, a study and a technical room. The starting price for this wood frame structure house is 40,975 Euros, with the superior version reaching 47,000 Euros.
