Vacation Houses at the Seaside. To Host 2 – 6 People

The possibility to build a vacation house at the seaside is most welcomed if you like to spend your time off in the same place and you have the possibility to get there for a longer stay or on more occasions. Whether you take these vacation as a couple, family or group of friends, here are three vacation houses at the seaside among which you might find the right one for you.

The first plan is very simple and money-saving, and the container shape makes it suitable for building on the beach, close to the water. Its living area is just 1,040 square feet and its structure makes it ideal for a couple or a family with one small child that want to enjoy all the home facilities on their vacation.

This house comprises one bedroom, a bathroom by its side, and a spacious main room including kitchen, dining area for 3 and living space open to the outside, where you can have a sun deck attached. The main room is well lighted through the large window in the front and the screened door in the back of the house.

We could not overlook including a stilt house in our beach house selection, so here’s one with 2 bedrooms, tall, airy, well lighted rooms and sun decks in the front, back and on the side. Its living area is only 841 sq. ft.

First there’s a spacious living room with fireplace, with the dining and kitchen behind. There’s a hallway from the kitchen to the bathroom and the two bedrooms, both having walk-in dressings and exits to the sun deck in the back.

The third house is rather traditional and has a beautiful front porch. Its living area is 1,112 sq. ft, and it includes 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, which makes it ideal for accommodating 3 couples.

The main entrance leads straight into the living room, while there’s a second entrance, on the side, into the kitchen. Every bedroom also has a walk-in dressing.
