The first house is a very spacious dwelling, with a built area of 224 square meters and a useful area of 167 square meters. Sharing for this House is an ideal one for a family with four or even five members. Thus, the House has the ground floor of a very spacious living room of 39 sqm, a kitchen, a bathroom, a vestibule and a pantry, plus the garage. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a dressing room. The price of red for this House is 41,000 euros, and the key price is 90,000 euro.

The second project brings us a small and bright house with an open and immersive exterior chromatic. The house is spread over a useful area of 129 square meters, with many exterior spaces dedicated to relaxation. On the ground floor, besides living room and kitchen, the latter integrating and dining room, we find a bedroom, two other similar rooms located upstairs. A spacious wooden balcony extends the matrimonial bedroom upstairs outside, overlapped the terrace on the ground floor. The price of this turnkey house is about 45,000 euros.
