Attic houses remain in the top of the Romanians ‘ preferences. Below, we present three traditional attic houses, suitable for a family with one or two children.

The first example is a house decorated with shutters and a useful area of 117 square meters. As far as costs are concerned, the key price is about 56,000 euros. On the ground floor, in the vestibule there is a service bathroom, after entering a stretched room, in which the kitchen is displaced, with entrance to the technical room, the dining place and the seating space, between the latter there is another exit, sideways. In the attic there are two spacious bedrooms with a bathroom between them. The house is suitable for a family with a child or a couple.

The second example is a construction with an elegant design, with large windows and a useful area of 120 square meters. The key price for this reaches about 57,000 euros. In terms of sharing, the house has four bedrooms in the attic, while only the living spaces are found on the ground floor.

The third and final model is a house with a surface of 210 square meters. On the ground floor, on the other side of the vestibule, there is the kitchen with the pantry and the bonus room, after which it enters the living room with dining place, from which the hallway starts to a bathroom and the technical room with entrance to the garage. In the attic there are three bedrooms, two placed on one side, dividing a small balcony and the third with the bathroom on the other side, it has its own balcony. There’s a hallway with a dressing room.
