After we talked earlier about houses with terrace, for those who want a modern home, but also about brick houses, for those who prefer the traditional style, we return with a new article on this topic. This time we divide the houses according to the number of rooms and we discover today not one, but three houses with three bedrooms. They are perfect homes for families consisting of four members, but not only.
Three–bedroom houses
The first chosen project is a house that combines the classic design with the modern one, resulting in a home with original, highly personalized lines. The house is distinguished by a dynamic façade, marked by surfaces of texture and different color over which the stained spaces of the windows and balconies are attached. The house with a usable area of almost 125 square meters has a price of 56,000 euros, according to the presentation of the architects website. The ground floor is dedicated entirely to family spaces, with access to a terrace that stretches under a beautiful wooden pergola. Upstairs, three bedrooms open outwards through lavishwindows, a part of them attic type.
Three–bedroom houses
The second project is a house with a stately design, combining a traditional volume with a roof in two waters with a modern façade design, supported by wide glazed surfaces. The lateral volume and the pedestal are plated with natural stone, and the balconies offer the chance of a pleasant sight. The house is suitable for land with small openings. The construction cost 22,500 euro, and the key price varies according to the chosen construction materials (wood or metal structure).
Three–bedroom houses
The last example is a house with an attractive design that, thanks to the two colors, green and brown, which prevail on the outside, integrates perfectly in the environment. The house has a traditional design, with two water roofs and captivating façade details. The ground floor of the house, which stretches over an area of 124 square meters, comprises a spacious living room with secondary exterior access to the garden, a kitchen and a bathroom. The Attic offers 3 bedrooms, two of them with access to a balcony, and a spacious bathroom.
