Houses with an attic are even more charming with a traditional note added. We give you three Romanian house plans with attic, with a touch of traditional elements or materials, but an overall modern look.

This first plan is for a small-medium size house with a total area of 1,754 sq. ft. and a living area of 1,173 sq. ft. It’s a concrete (AAC) construction, with the second floor covered in wood and with plenty of glass, having a modern vacation house look.

The first floor has approximately 800 sq. ft. and hosts a large living and dining room with access to the back porch, an enclosed kitchen and a toilet.

The attic hosts three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

This model is fit for the town, as well as the countryside. It’s a plan for a charming home, with lovely exterior elements – the large balcony with a nice wooden fence, the brick pillars on the covered porch, the large paned windows – and generous interior spaces. It has a total area of 2,432 sq. ft. and a living area of 1,500 sq. ft.

The first floor has an area of 1,216 sq. ft. There is a small lobby at the entrance, followed by a wide hallway that cuts the floor in half. On one side, there is the living and dining room, along the porch, and on the other, the enclosed kitchen, a bathroom and a small office.

There are four bedrooms and a bathroom in the attic.

Finally, we have selected the plan for this 3,500 sq. ft. villa, with a living area of 3,230 sq. ft. It has a garage for two cars and generous day and nighttime spaces for a large family.

There is a lobby at the entrance with the kitchen and pantry on one side and an office on the other. We next step into the large living and dining room, that has access to the back porch. Aside, bordering the garage, there are a toilet and the utility room.

In the attic, there are three very spacious bedrooms with one bathroom. The bedroom in the middle stretches to the outside and has a balcony. There is also an extra living room around. Right above the garage, there is another bedroom with its own bathroom and a large hall where another living room can be set.
