We end the week with three projects of houses with ground floor, suitable for those who want a practical but modern home. Thus, the houses selected by us have three bedrooms, garage and terrace.

The First house chosen by us has a usable area of 107 square meters, being of relatively small dimensions. However, the house has a modern design and proposes a partially covered terrace in the back, as well as a garage. In a large room, almost half of the house, has open kitchen, with pantry and a small bar, the place of dining further and then the living-rooms, from where it comes out on the back terrace. The Bedrooms are accessible by a hallway and are arranged as follows: Two smaller in front, then the technical room and the bathroom, and the master bedroom is in the back, enjoying more privacy, but also dressing and bathroom.

The second project chosen is a house with a usable area of 134 square meters. The Dwelling attracts through its simple architecture, but with visually dynamic facades thanks to beautiful contrasts between the roof and the other elements of exterior design and plastered surfaces respectively. Although with a single level, the house offers plenty of space for different activities. Three bedrooms were located in a corner, with access to a shared bathroom, two of them and with access to the outside. The semi-open living Area also has an exit on two separate terraces. The House also has another room, which can be transformed into office or bedroom, depending on needs. The turnkey Price of this House is about 50,000 euros.

The Last example is a house with a special shape – a body that comes perpendicular to a second volume of the building. The House has a usable area of 173 square meters, about 34 meters being assigned to a garage. The living Spaces, connected to a terrace, are hosted by the first volume mentioned above, while the bedrooms are located on the base which also contains the garage. The estimated Price of this House varies between about 79,000 euros, on the structure of brick and 87,000, on the metallic structure.
