One-Story 4-Bedroom Houses. Traditional Architecture Into Dream Homes
Even if you have a large family and you need a big home, you prefer the one-story plans. It’s simply the only format you can see yourselves in. Here are three one-story 4-bedroom houses, traditional models which we found irresistible.
The first house has a nice, balanced design, with a lovely, symmetrical facade and a pair of built-in columns on each side of the entrance.
It has a living area of 1,400 square feet. The four bedrooms with two bathrooms are placed along a hallway, the two bedrooms in the back having exits to the rear porch through elegant French doors, as does the living room. There’s a spacious kitchen, open towards the living room with a four-seat bar.
The price for building this house turnkey is a little over 65,000 euros.

The second house has a garage and is L-shaped. It has a nice exterior design, with stone foundation, warm colored masonry, beautifully completed with carpentry elements in the same tone, just a bit darker and a black roof.
Close to the entrance is the smallest bedroom, then there are the other three, with the bathroom. The living room comes straight after the foyer and next to it is the large kitchen, which also has direct access from the garage.
The living area of this home is 1.390 sq. ft., and the construction price is under 65,000 euros.

The third house has a particular architecture, with vintage concave doors and windows decorated with brick, as is the foundation. There’s also a garage and there are small covered porches in two corners.
The kitchen, dining and living room share the same open space, with exit on a porch, while the bedrooms come along a hallway. There’s a master bedroom with its own bathroom and then the other three that share a full and a half bathroom.
The living area of this house is around 1,940 sq. ft., with a construction price of almost 88,000 euros.
