Modern one story house plans

We start the week with three modern one story house plans. We have selected, in the following rows, projects of houses with a single floor, ideal for a family with one or two children. Thus, the houses have two or three spacious bedrooms.

The first project chosen is a house with a traditional design, this being decorated with brick, around the entrance, but also at the foundation level. For extra elegance, front windows are equipped with shutters. The house has a useful area of 131 square apples and features a garage. As for the price of construction, the house costs about 65,000 euros. All rooms are large, from kitchen with dining room, to bedrooms and bathroom. It is provided with storage spaces as well as a technical space near the garage.

The second project is a house with a useful area of 125 square meters, with a complex design, very warm, with decorative brick and wood, beautifully blended. There is also a large room comprising open kitchen, equipped with a pantry, dining place and lounge. In its immediate vicinity is a service bath, then the technical room and, separately, a hallway leading to bedrooms and bathroom.

The third and final example is a house with modern design, in warm, contrasting colors, beautifully decorated with wood. It has a useful area of 104 sqm and one built by 122 sqm. It has easy entrance to the depth, and from the vestibule it passes into a hallway where it can enter either in the living room or in the side hallway that gives more privacy to the bedrooms, with bathroom and technical room between them, separanduing them from the living spaces. At the front end of the living room is the kitchen equipped with the pantry, then the dining place, and at the opposite end, an exit on the partially covered terrace from the rear.
