The price in red for this construction is 28,000 euros, and the turnkey price reaches about 73,000 euros. The division is suitable for a family consisting of 4 or 5 members, the living spaces found on the ground floor, while at the attic, three bedrooms share a bath.

The second model chosen by us has a built surface of 291 square meters and a useful of 233 square meters. On the ground floor, a generous space comprises the living room, kitchen and dining area, plus a desk and a bathroom. On the other hand, the Mansard is three bedrooms and a bathroom. The price in red for this construction is 38,000, while the turnkey price is 99,000 euros.

The third and last example has a built surface of 232 square meters and a useful of 185 square meters. The price in red starts at 31,000 euros, while the turnkey reaches 80,000 euros. The exterior design is a traditional one, and the dividing one suitable for a family with two or three children.
