The first plan describes a modern small house featuring a design which stands out thanks to a façade with separate surfaces built from different materials, bricks or granite tiles, which give the place an interesting chromatic layout. The second example is a house which exudes traditionalism and features a solid and compact size marked by the imposing design. It is a home which is suitable for an active family looking for a cozy, practical and elegant living space. The house has a total living area of 186 square meters and has three rooms in its structure: an open space on the ground floor – living, dining and kitchen – and two bedrooms on the first floor, along three bathrooms. The master bedroom opens into two large balconies which give it a panoramic view.

The third plan shows a futurist design house, with an aluminum clad façade whose presence is broken up by colorful PVC sheets covering some of the windows. The ground floor hosts family and socializing spaces which extend outside on a wide wrap-around porch while the first floor includes the sleeping areas, with protruding balconies which give the compact shaped home some dynamism.
