  • 800 grams lamb
  • sweet paprika
  • thyme
  • basil
  • oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground white pepper
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves

Preparation:

Cut the meat in 0.8 inch slices. Mix the herbs and spices and spice up each slice. Add the garlic and olive oil and leave it in the refrigerator for a few hours.

Heat up the grill and cook the meat untill it’s well roasted.

You can serve with green salad.

  • lamb
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil
  • lemon juice
  • garlic

Preparare:

Cut the meat in thin slices. Squash the garlic, mix it with olive oil, lemon juice and pepper. Pour this mixture on your meat slices and let them sit in it for 2 – 3 hours.

Place the meat on the hot grill and let it cook, turning it on both sides.

Ingredients: 

  • 6 lamb chops, boned, approximately 0.8 inch thick
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 rosemary twigs
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation:

Peel off and squash the garlic, squeeze the lemn and take the rosemary leaves off the twigs. Mix everything, adding salt and pepper.

Pour the marinade over the meat and leave it like this for at least 30 minutes.

Grill the meat well on both sides. Use barbeque pliers to turn the meat. Stabbing it with the fork causes loss of some of the juice.

Another secret to keep your chops juicy is to bring them at room temperature before putting them on the grill.
