Houses With Covered Balconies. Elegant and Relaxing

A balcony makes a nice design element for a house, but also adds to its comfort. The owners can go outside to relax and back in behind the desk in seconds. Here are three houses with covered balconies that look really smart and inspire a lot of comfort.

The first house has two small differently-shaped balconies, surrounded by a very nice wooden fence model. It’a a pretty small house, with a living area of 1,195 square feet, which can be built turnkey for 53,500 euros.

On the first floor there are a bathroom and a bedroom, separated by a hallway from the room comprising open kitchen, dining room beautifully set behind the curved wall, and relaxing area.

Other two bedrooms and a larger bathroom are in the attic.

The second house, so pleasantly dressed in wood, has a long and very deep balcony, that can be very comfortably furnished. There’s a generous covered porch underneath, with an outdoor fireplace in stone. The construction price is 57,155 euros, for a living area of 1,280 sq. ft.

On the first floor there are first a bathroom and a bedroom, separated by the foyer and a hallway, then the kitchen, on one side, and the living room, on the other, going out the large rear porch.

On the second floor there are a master bedroom, enjoying the large balcony in the back, and, on the other side of a hallway, a smaller bedroom and a bathroom.

In the last house plan presented we have a a wide front balcony, that goes out just a little from underneath the roof cover and is shared by two bedrooms. This is a 4-bedroom house of 1,300 sq. ft. that can be built for almost 58,000 euros.

The front part of the first floor is occupied by an enclosed kitchen and a spacious living and dining room, and the rear part, by a bedroom, a bathroom, and a small study. From the foyer, the garage and utility room can also be directly accessed.
