Those who care about having a home with mood will choose one with some unique elements. One such element could be an outdoor fireplace The covered porch where it’s built would become an open air living room or den, so cosy and inviting. Here are three houses with outdoor fireplace that really inspire a great mood.

The first house has an overall modern look, but also several traditional elements, all in perfect harmony. There’s a carport on the side and a covered porch in the back, quite large and very welcoming, like an open air living room. The living area of this house is 1,636 square feet and the price for building it turnkey is 76,165 euros.

The “outdoor living room” is practically the same size as the indoor one it prolongs, both of them having a fireplace. Then there are a dining room and open kitchen and, on the other side, are the bathroom, a hallway and the 2 bedrooms in the back. The bedroom next to the covered rear porch also has direct access to it.

The second plan has a smaller living area, of 1,377 sq. ft., but comprises 3 bedrooms. Its design also elegantly combines traditional and modern elements, while the natural stone insertions add a nice touch. The price of the construction is almost 64,000 euros.

There’s a half-bathroom close to the main entrance, then one enters the living room with open kitchen. The latter is large enough to include the dining spot. The living room goes out on the rear porch, in part covered and in part uncovered, with the fireplace between the two sections. The bedrooms and bathroom are all around the hallway with the staircase that leads to a lighted`and possibly living area designed attic.

The last plan has a traditional architecture, very elegant, with large paned windows, a hip roof designed with a small dormer in front and a rear porch with fireplace. Its living area is 1,216 sq. ft. and the construction price is estimated at 54.300 euros.

In the center of the first floor there’s the dining place, right across from the indoor fireplace, back-to-back with the one on the porch. Next to the dining place there are the living room and open kitchen, with pantry and bar, and on the other side, a small hallway leading to a bedroom and a bathroom. Both the bedroom and living room have access to the rear porch.
