Families with children need comfortable homes, with appropriate relaxing, entertainment and night spaces. Each child should have his own room from the very beginning, so that further adjustments to the house aren’t needed. The final house we’ve chosen has a truly special design, with a round wall going out, filled with tall windows and decorated with brick that’s the same color as the rest of the masonry. The attic receives plenty of light from the roof windows, the dormer above the entrance and the screened doors and windows to the balcony. This house has a living area of 1,313 sq. ft. and a 58,380 euro turnkey building price.

There’s a large kitchen that includes a lovely dining place in the wall curve, drenched in light, and also a small bar. It’s open to the living room that opens to the porch, wrapped around two sides of it. There are also a bathroom and the utility room on the ground floor.
