The price in red for this construction is 28,000 euros, while the turnkey price reaches 99,000 euros. The house has living spaces on the ground floor, while in the attic there are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom.

The second chosen house has a built area of 212 square meters and a useful of 170 square meters. In terms of costs, the price to red is 28,000 euros, while the turnkey price reaches 76,000 euros. It’s a single-level dwelling, suitable for a family with two children. Thus, the House has the living spaces, plus two bathrooms and three bedrooms, as well as a garage for two cars.

The third model chosen by us has a built surface of 291 square meters and a useful of 233 square meters. On the ground floor, a generous space comprises the living room, kitchen and dining area, plus a desk and a bathroom. On the other hand, the Mansard is three bedrooms and a bathroom. The price in red for this construction is 38,000, while the turnkey price is 99,000 euros.
